Designed by chef Régis Guilpain, the menu features seasonal products and French cuisine, to which it brings modernity and an explosion of flavors. In the lounge bar and in the cave troglodyte cellar, you can enjoy cocktails and grand crus, for a complete gustatory journey!

Open daily for lunch from 12:15 to 2:00 and 7:30 to 9:00 for dinner - high season (April - middle October)
Open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch from 12:15 to 2:00 and 7:30 to 9:30 for dinner - low season (middle October - March)

Régis Guilpain arrived at the château's restaurant in 1989 as a pastry chef and has been running the restaurant since 2001. His cuisine highlights the product, in keeping with the tradition of high French gastronomy. A lover of seasonal and local products, he seeks to magnify them through all his creations, a subtle blend of flavors and textures.
