THE CHEF

Éric Ménouvrier arrived at the Louis XIII restaurant this year. He studied cooking at the Lycée Hôtelier de Bourges where he obtained his CAP and BTH. He then worked in several houses all over France where he was able to acquire experience and unique know-how.

His cuisine highlights seasonal and local products, respecting the tradition of French haute cuisine. A true enthusiast, he seeks to magnify them through his creations, a subtle blend of flavors and textures with a touch of modernity.
