THE RESTAURANT
Louis XIII Restaurant & Bar derives its name after King Louis XIII, a frequent visitor at Château de Beauvois who often enjoyed dining at the restaurant after a day filled with hunting. Executive Chef offers a menu that highlights local seasonal products while bringing a modernity and art to his cuisine, which is often described as exploding with flavors. Come enjoy a traditional Gastronomic French meal in an authentic French castle, and surround yourself with authentic stone walls and a grand wood-burning fireplace as you embark on a journey that will surely excite your senses.

From October 7, we'll be offering a weekly market menu at lunchtime only.
The gastronomic menu will only be available in the evenings and at weekends.

THE CHEF
Éric Menouvrier, arrived at the Louis XIII restaurant in the spring of 2022. He studied cooking at the Lycée Hôtelier de Bourges where he obtained his CAP and BTH. He began his career at the Georges V and then moved on to several establishments, including several starred restaurants, throughout France where he was able to acquire experience and unique know-how.
His cuisine emphasizes fresh seasonal and local products, respecting the tradition of French haute gastronomy. A true enthusiast, he seeks to magnify them through his creations, a subtle blend of flavors and textures with a touch of modernity.
